The Mammoth Recession and Lease Purchasing
Hello Entrepreneurs,
I am writing this post from Mammoth Mountain. If you are not from California, Mammoth is in the Eastern Sierras, and is one place you must visit before you die. Not doing any skiing this weekend, but I am enjoying lots of good food and some quality family time.
I got an email today from a brand new student of mine and I thought I would share it with you (with his permission of course!)
“Todd, how is lease purchasing working in these economic times?”
I’ll make this short and sweet. You can make the lease purchase strategy work in any market, but right now is lease purchase insanity.
Motivated sellers are growing on trees and buyers are having a heck of a time qualifying for loans.
Put these together and we have the perfect lease purchase storm brewing. We have mentees who are cleaning up and doing more deals than ever. Personally, I just locked up a great property this morning for nothing down.
