The Internet and Lease Purchasing

I just got back from a run and I just love my new Garmin wristwatch. It tells me all kinds of things like the speed I am running, distance, elevation, pace, heart rate and much more. I can even download the information onto the internet and compare with a friend of mine who lives out of the area. What do we do before all this new technology and the internet?

The internet has really changed the way we do business. Three of four years ago you could do business off the internet. Everything has changed now. If you are not on the internet, you are not in business. We advertise for motived sellers on the internet, we list our properties on websites like irenttoown.com, we find our vendors like telemarketers, sign hangers, realtors, and mortgage brokers all on the internet. People call my office and want me to consult with them on thier properties all from the internet.

Most importantly we get paid on the internet. We use automatic payment systems that collect payments from our tenant buyers. As I am writing this, I have just been notified by paypal that I got a $500 payment on one of my notes. Ahhh…the joys of automation.

My advice…if you want people to take you seriously and you want your business to thrive, do business on the internet and do it everyday.
