One-on-One Mentoring Vs. The Weekend Seminar (Hint: A profit of $18,000)
It’s a great morning for Real Estate. I am looking at my Real Estate Education bookshelf, and I just realized something. I have been to alot of Real Estate seminars in my day. I had always come away with a ton of great information at every single one of these events. So how come everybody who goes to these semimars isn’t a millionare? Here in lies the problem: Who guides you through the day to day process of being a real estate investor? Who teaches you to battle seller objections? What if you are filling out a contract and have a question, whom do you call? How do you know if you have a deal? What if you can’t find a buyer? The answer is, call your mentor. If you don’t have one, get one! Important note: make sure it is not an hourly employee who works in a cubicle out of your area. I wish I would have found my mentor earlier in my investing career. I can even imagine the amount of deals that went down the toilet because I lacked the correct guidance.

WE HAVE TENANT/BUYER!!!
The seller gave his approval this afternoon. We’re all meeting Monday at 4:30 to do the paperwork, and get the cashier’s check. 8k up front, and 17k in a note (we still have to negotiate the terms). The TB’s are THRILLED and love the house. The seller is pleased.
