New Student Views on the Lease Purchase Business

1. Lease Purchasing is a great business because you are actually putting together a win-win deal for every person involved. You can consistently find deals because you are actually offering a product that is actually attractive for a change.

2. In a lease purchase deal, you don’t always have to make a killing. Joseph had about 10-20 hours into this deal, and only made $3,000. However, he didn’t use cash or credit and had no risk. He could have made more, but he was happy. Joseph and I talked about how he can double his profit on the next deal. Do deals on a consistent basis and feed yourself. The five-figure paychecks will come with more deals and experience.

3. Now is the time to be involved in the lease purchase business. Joseph is 22 and is studying his rear end off for the LSAT’s (entrance exam for law school). Do you want to increase your income?
