I started out in real estate trying every single real estate strategy known to man. After a few years of little success and alot of failure, I realized something very important. Making money in real estate was not as easy as the late night infomercials said it would be. Sure, I was making money, but not as much as I wanted, and surely not fast enough. I wanted to buy real estate without using my own cash or credit. I also wanted to purchase desirable properties with positive cash flow! Impossible, right? Wrong!
Lease Purchasing is light years ahead of all the other investing strategies out there. My experience has taught me that profiting in real estate is all about two things:
1. The ability to control real estate without ownership
2. The ability to generate cash upfront and every single month. (Hey, a guy’s gotta eat right?).
Lease purchasing gives me the ability to do both without the traditional problems that come with traditional investing. You can have success investing in real estate the “traditional way”. However, the problem is the other techniques aren’t nearly as profitable, and inherently, have the most risk. I went to every real estate bootcamp out there. I loved real estate, but I wasn’t making any money! It wasn’t until I discovered Lease Purchasing that I realized how to be a profitable investor. In addition, the profits I make in Lease Purchasing are far superior to traditional methods.
