Lease Purchase Mentoring Student Success!
The following is an actual conversation that I had with one of my students two days ago….enjoy!
Student: Hi Todd, It’s Michael…you are not going to believe what just happened to me!
Todd: Go ahead and try me!
Student: I just locked up a Lease Purchase contract on a great home. I have had it for a couple of weeks, but today an owner of a car dealership came to look at my property. I was asking 8k for an upfront assignment/option fee, but instead he offered me a almost new car. It’s a 2005 Acura, and i needed some new wheels…so i took the deal. A fair trade!
Todd: That’s a great deal. If you want you can sell the car on payments and earn a nice return!
Student: Naa, I am going to keep the car, I really like it. Todd, thanks so much for your guidance and mentoring
Todd: No problem Michael, you did all the work, I just gave you the knowledge to get there. Great job!
